Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Food Worker Card required
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Capable of maintaining a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Able to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions to guests
- Take orders and input them into the Point of Sale computer
- Retrieve orders from the kitchen and confirm their accuracy
- Deliver orders to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
