About the role

At The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, we're looking for a friendly and dependable Server to create welcoming dining experiences for our residents. Schedule

Part-Time, primarily 4 PM–8 PM, no late nights. Weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, take orders, and serve meals and beverages with a smile.
• Learn residents' preferences and make every meal enjoyable.
• Assist with dining room setup, cleanup, restocking, and sanitation.
• Help with special events, celebrations, and community dining experiences.
• Collaborate with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong listening skills and ability to connect with residents and coworkers.
• Dependable, flexible approach with willingness to help wherever needed.
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
