Server Assistant - The Rooftop

The Gig

As a Rooftop Server Assistant, you are the ultimate floor orchestrator. Your job is to keep the energy flowing and the space immaculate by supporting our servers, bartenders, and guests.

• Own the Floor: Keep a sharp eye on tables—spotting what’s clean, dirty, or occupied.
• The Assist: Run food, refill drinks, and keep the ice, cups, and condiments fully stocked.
• Flip it Fast: Clear and reset tables with speed and showmanship.
• Keep it Beautiful: Maintain the pristine, upscale-yet-carefree vibe of the entire rooftop space (upstairs and down).

What You Bring

• The Attitude: A relentless drive, a positive outlook, and zero fear of taking initiative.
• Cool Under Pressure: The rooftop gets busy, but you stay calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 1 year of food & beverage experience is preferred, but your work ethic matters most.

The Basics

• High school equivalent or training that proves you’ve got the skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and communicate well with the team.
• Must be able to stand/walk for your shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
