Server Assistant - Hilton Cleveland Downtown

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively seeking ways to make their meal experience special.
• Prepare tables with precision, including setting and arranging tableware, folding napkins, and ensuring a clean presentation.
• Inspect tableware for cleanliness and condition, reporting any issues for immediate repair.
• Maintain fully stocked, clean service stations that are ready for service.
• Support table service by delivering beverages, bread, and other items to servers as needed.
• Clear and transport dishware, glassware, and silverware at the end of meals, delivering them to the dishwashing area.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being.
