Server Assistant - Fire and Grain

Responsibilities

• Assist servers (essential function)
• Learn and execute all operations of the espresso machine
• Craft Stacks-specific cocktails and mocktails
• Restock all dining and service areas (essential function)
• Clear and reset tables (essential function)
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets (essential function)
• Pour coffee and water as required; ensure condiments are amply supplied on guest tables
• Forward guest concerns to applicable wait staff or supervisor
• Accomplish other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work long hours and overtime, including weekends and holidays
• Shifts include 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Must be able to work on one’s feet for long periods
• Must be able to stoop, bend, push, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Must work in a clean, efficient, and orderly manner
• This is a union position; schedule based on union seniority
• Candidates must meet scheduled requirements, likely including evening and weekend hours

• Bartending and/or barista experience is a plus
