Role Overview

The Server Assistant supports the service team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the dining room. Responsibilities include setting, clearing, and resetting tables to ensure seamless service and contributing to a guest‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Refill water, assist with bread service, and respond to guest requests.
• Support servers in maintaining section readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
