About the Role

The Server Assistant will support servers and enhance guest experiences at The Fulton by upholding food, beverage, and service quality. This role involves assisting with food running, dishware clearing, and table setup to ensure smooth service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing and setting tables, refilling beverages and dishware, and attending to guest requests.
• Deliver a high-quality dining experience for all guests.
• Ensure the workspace is well-stocked and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and appearance in all restaurant areas before, during, and after service.
• Complete assigned side work in compliance with 80/20/30 rules.
• Provide attentive and quality service during the dining experience.
• Ensure consistent communication with staff, management, and the kitchen during service.
• Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Server Assistant experience in a fine dining or high-volume setting (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to think quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully under ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10–30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Pay

The base pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, with a tip credit applied when applicable.
