Server Assistant

About the role

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area and guest service space in a restaurant setting.

Key Duties

• Assist servers and support service operations
• Restock dining and service areas
• Clear and reset tables
• Complete cleaning tasks and maintain cleanliness standards
• Pour beverages and ensure condiments are supplied
• Trays food orders and deliver to correct tables
• Address guest concerns by forwarding to staff or supervisors
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Organized, efficient, and able to work independently
• Effective communication skills
• Professional appearance

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift and push up to 40 pounds, stoop, and bend
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness
• Flexible shifts including meal periods, evenings, and weekends

Duties may be reassigned at management's discretion. The role is union-based, with scheduling per seniority.
