About the role

The Server Assistant at Pacific Point Lounge is responsible for assisting the Server in serving guests. Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, understanding and providing personalized solutions to customer needs, and ensuring orderliness and safety guidelines are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests
• Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions
• Communicate with all other servers and colleagues efficiently and effectively
• Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the restaurant

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and thorough understanding of guest services
• Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Wage Information
