Server Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a talented Server Assistant to join our world-class hospitality brigade. Reporting to our Zodiac Lounge and Bar Manager, the Server Assistant will work closely with the Servers and other front-of-house team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the highest possible level of member satisfaction, elevating Maxime’s brand and service standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
• Actively assists the Servers in the food and beverage service.
• Thrive in high-end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays per the needs of the business.

Requirements

Proven success as a Server Assistant within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
