Berg Hospitality is an award-winning restaurant group founded in Houston, TX, offering unique, high-end dining experiences across multiple concepts. B&B Butchers is seeking Restaurant Server Assistants with fine dining experience for our Houston location. Positions include Food Runner and Busser.

About this role

The Server Assistant role supports the service team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities include food running, bussing, and maintaining a smooth workflow in a high-volume, fine-dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with food running and table maintenance
• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
• Support team members to ensure seamless guest service
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism

Requirements

• TABC and Food Handler certifications (required)
• 1-2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
• Hospitality mentality and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Capability to lift, balance, and carry up to 40 pounds
