Server Assistant

About the Role

We are hiring full and part-time Server Assistants for One Prime, an upscale steakhouse located on the One 09 in downtown Madison, featuring premium cuts, excellent wine, panoramic lake views, a corner bar with outdoor access, and two reservable private dining rooms for special events. This role also supports Blue Jack, a chic, intimate cocktail lounge & speakeasy offering appetizers, dessert, and craft cocktails.

The position focuses on supporting front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and staff in delivering exceptional guest service in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Interact with co-workers, servers, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting tables and resetting for new guests.
• Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with basic food and beverage service as needed.
