Server Assistant

Job Summary

As a Server Assistant, your general responsibilities will include running food and drinks to tables, cleaning tables, preparing our signature table-side Guacamole, and providing any assistance needed for a quality dining experience. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to all guests
• Guide guests through the food and beverage menus and make suggestions
• Work positively and effectively alongside both front and back of house teams
• Prepare Table Side Guacamole
• Assist in running food
• Assist in bussing tables
• Maintain a hospitality-focused and solution-oriented approach
• Operate in a fast-paced work environment
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication
• May require a food handler's card based on local and/or state regulations
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectively
• Be able to stand for long periods, bend, climb, or work in confined spaces
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
• Show organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
