About the role

La Petite Maison is now open in Boston, and we're building the floor team that will define the guest experience from day one. As a Server at LPM, you'll be the face of the table: guiding guests through our French-Mediterranean menu, recommending our signature dishes, and making sure every course lands at the right moment. This is hands-on, guest-facing hospitality — not just order-taking.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the LPM concept — sharing plates, our approach to product, our signature dishes
• Deliver attentive, warm, polished service from greeting to check
• Keep your tables running smoothly — timing, cleanliness, communication with the kitchen
• Build genuine guest relationships and represent the LPM spirit on the floor

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
• Strong product knowledge instincts — or hunger to build it fast
• Confident, warm communicator who thrives under pressure
• Team player who takes pride in the details
