Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
• Use upselling skills to recommend specials, combos, and popular menu items
• Ask guiding questions to assist guest choices and offer menu recommendations based on preferences
• Promote the Rewards Program, explaining benefits such as exclusive offers and earning points for free meals
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area
• Process payments efficiently using various methods
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or food service roles preferred
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• Confidence in upselling and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must be 18+ and flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays
