Duties And Responsibilities

• Takes beverage and food orders and serves to customers.
• Computer bills accept different types of payment and make changes in a timely manner.
• Clears and resets tables.
• Ensures sufficient inventories are maintained to meet the needs of the food and beverage operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Take oral and written instructions and the ability to effectively communicate.
• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a friendly/fast manner.
• Willing to work odd, irregular hours in a restaurant environment that is open seven days/week.
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems.
• Possess a high level of maturity with leadership qualities.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license or state ID.
• Willing to cross train for all positions as assigned by management.
• Ability to comply with all other requirements as specified within the CIEDA Personnel Policies and Procedures.
