About the role

Serenbe Farms is looking for a part-time team member to grow diverse, high-quality vegetables on small acreage throughout the seasons.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting
• Greenhouse seeding
• Irrigation
• Weeding
• Farm maintenance
• CSA and restaurant delivery
• Farm tours
• Farmer’s market sales
• Perform any other farm-related tasks, including special farm projects throughout the season

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a passion for farming and a willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks. Previous farm experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of gardening and farming practices, physical stamina, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and a positive attitude are essential.
