Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs that empower participants to achieve their career goals.
• Collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive support services to job seekers and employers.
• Conduct outreach activities to engage potential clients and promote services offered by SER.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of databases for tracking participant progress and outcomes.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, social work, human services).
• Experience working with diverse populations, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
