Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that empower participants to achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive support services to job seekers and employers.
- Conduct outreach activities to engage potential clients and promote services offered by SER.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases for tracking participant progress and outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, social work, human services).
- Experience working with diverse populations, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
