About the role

We’re a fun, customer-centric team of 28 who work diligently to provide world class finance solutions for our Vendors. We value a collaborative, fast-paced and high performing work environment that challenges and engages our staff.

Responsibilities

• Process finance applications through to settlement
• Build rapport with vendors and funders on a daily basis
• Collaborate on strategic, complex finance applications with fellow team members
• Maintain and manage team pipeline
• Continuously build your knowledge of funder credit matrix’s

Requirements

• You’re a high performer
• You’re motivated and charismatic with a growth mind-set
• You have previous office experience (in particular with email management using O365 and Microsoft Excel)
• You have impeccable attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You think outside the box and enjoy solving problems; a fast-eager learner who is articulate and thrives in a high-pressure environment
• You have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• You prefer to pick up the phone and have a conversation; someone with a confident, energetic phone manner who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders
• You have basic math skills

Pay

$55k plus super entry level (higher salaries will be considered for the right candidate) with opportunity to increase for high performers once off probation
