Separator Operator

About the role

The standardizer is responsible for maintaining, breaking down, and setting up equipment and machinery, troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues, and standardizing products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, break down, and set up equipment and machinery
• Resolve basic to moderate operating issues
• Perform procedures, figure, and test to standardize products
• Operate HTST #2, fill out necessary paperwork, and complete PASS sheets
• Operate the CIP system
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Communicate effectively with all departments
• Meet daily deadlines

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Ability to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a wet environment
• Some exposure to dust, fumes, and cleaning chemicals
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
