About the role

The Maintenance Planning Programs Manager 2 supports the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Program Manager in identifying, planning, resourcing, and implementing maintenance concepts and requirements for the Sentinel program. This role integrates with design teams, sustaining engineering, and logistics functions to ensure program success.

Responsibilities

• Influence product design for supportability
• Assist the government customer in refining maintenance planning requirements
• Ensure program compliance with maintenance regulations and instructions
• Establish and implement maintenance concepts, plans, and processes
• Plan for deployment and sustainment of the Sentinel weapon system
• Deliver Maintenance Planning products and services to sustain system operational readiness
• Manage Maintenance Planning program cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Report Earned Value Metrics
• Respond to government RFIs and RFPs, and participate in contract negotiations
• Manage program milestones and award fee criteria
• Direct Maintenance Planning team activities
• Provide briefings on Maintenance Planning aspects of the program

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years related experience, or Masters Degree and 6 years related experience
• At least 6 years of experience in related Product Support functional areas
• Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite
• Current or ability to gain Top Secret DoD Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP approval

Qualifications

• Master of Science Degree in a field related to Program Management or Logistics disciplines (preferred)
• Experience with LSA/data developed in accordance with GEIA-STD-0007, logistics footprint data, level of repair analysis, and support equipment requirements (preferred)
• Experience with NG software tools (SAP, DoD, Eagle, Reliasoft and practices) (preferred)
• Experience leading a Product Support team (preferred)
