About the role
The selected candidate will join our team of qualified individuals. This role will be a member of a team of system engineers who will continue to mature the interfaces products for the weapon system from Preliminary Design Review phase to a Critical Design Review and beyond. The role includes working in a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
- Develop and maintain Interface Requirements & Verification Plans
- Develop and maintain Interface Logical and Physical Architecture
- Develop and maintain Interface NX CAD Models
- Develop and maintain Interface Mentor Capital Wiring Diagrams
- Lead or support the development of at least the following key interface artifacts

Qualifications
- Systems Engineer (Level 2): Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2 years of experience, 0 years of experience with master’s degree. Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher at the time of application. Must have the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need. 1 year of experience working with Cameo or similar tools. 1 year of experience working with DOORS or similar tools
- Principal Systems Engineer (Level 3): Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years of related experience, 3 years of related experience with master’s degree, or 1 year of related experience with PhD. Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher at the time of application. Must have the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need. 2 years of experience working with Cameo or similar tools. 2 years of experience working with DOORS or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technical review boards
- Experience with interfaces
- Experience leading or supporting trade studies or tiger teams
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or similar
- Experience with NX or similar tools
Pay and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $87,600.00 - $131,400.00 for the primary level, and $108,800.00 - $163,200.00 for the secondary level
