About the role

As a Center Director at SATS Vestkanten and SATS Wergeland, you will lead a team dedicated to inspiring and motivating members to live healthier and happier lives. You will be responsible for delivering excellent results both in terms of operations and finances, focusing on providing top-notch service, targeted sales efforts, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Govern the daily operations of your center and foster a lively, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere for both members and staff.
• Create and achieve results for your center, including financial performance, while managing costs effectively.
• Build a remarkable team that consistently delivers world-class service and creates extraordinary experiences for our members.
• Ensure a high-quality culture by visible and engaging leadership, ensuring that every detail from customer service to equipment maintenance meets SATS' highest standards.
• Focus on creating a positive work environment for both staff and members, regardless of shifts.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and charismatic, with a natural ability to build strong relationships – both with members and colleagues.
• Initiative-driven, proactive, and thrive under responsibility, while having a sharp eye for structure and systems in everyday tasks.
• Engage and motivate others with your energy and enthusiasm, and lead by being an inspiring role model.
• Have solid experience in sales and leadership, motivated by creating good results.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, and align with our values: Members First, Accountable, Professional & Extraordinary.
• Flexible working hours are required due to varying shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be prepared to be available outside regular working hours for urgent matters, such as emergencies.
