Sensory Evaluator (Quality Control)

You will be part of a creative, quality-driven, and collaborative team where your expertise will directly support product excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate products using defined sensory methodologies and determine product acceptability
- Design, prepare, and manage structured, customer-specific sensory programs
- Communicate sensory results and insights in close collaboration with the Creative team
- Support Quality and Creative groups through research initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain sensory retains and Gold Standard libraries
- Conduct sensory evaluation of raw materials, intermediates, and finished flavors
- Perform analytical testing as required to support sensory findings
- Partner with customers on shelf-life evaluations and re-certification activities
- Provide technical sensory support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field
- Experience in the food industry with exposure to sensory science or evaluation
- Knowledge of sensory methodologies and best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid foundation in math and scientific principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications
Additional experience in sensory evaluation roles within the food industry
Hands-on experience evaluating raw materials and finished flavor applications
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
