What You’ll Do
- Complete hands-on development, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting tasks for financial applications including Zuora Billing, Zuora RevPro, and Intacct
- Troubleshoot errors and issues related to invoicing, subscription changes, account issues, integration issues, etc.
- Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests in accordance to defined SLAs; work with vendor support organizations as appropriate to support internal teams
- Complete system and access changes, ensuring that all required approvals are captured and documented
- Identify opportunities and root causes for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations
- Create systems documentation, including business requirements documents, functional design documents, test scripts, etc.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS, or strong understanding of Quote to Cash operations
- 4+ years’ hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue
- Experience using Zuora Workflows for automation and configuration
- Problem-solving ability and ability to collaborate effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to effectively balance multiple projects and competing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Zuora Administrator
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience working with Intacct
