Key Outcomes

  • Design and scale workplace platform infrastructure supporting rapid organizational growth across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
  • Improve operational efficiency by automating workflows, reducing manual processes, and increasing system reliability across business-critical platforms
  • Establish scalable governance, RBAC, and access management standards across workplace and collaboration systems
  • Create high-signal reporting and operational dashboards that improve visibility, prioritization, and decision-making for technical and business leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Security, IT, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure platform scalability, compliance, and operational readiness

Key Competencies

  • Strong expertise managing and scaling workplace platforms such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, Notion, GitHub, and related enterprise systems
  • Deep understanding of information architecture, operational governance, RBAC, IAM, and workflow automation
  • Proven experience building scalable operational processes in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex organizational and technical challenges
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT systems, workplace platforms, technical operations, or business systems engineering
  • Hands-on experience administering and scaling enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms
  • Experience with workflow automation, scripting, CI/CD integrations, or platform tooling
  • Strong understanding of access governance, security best practices, and operational compliance
  • Able to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting hardware, robotics, manufacturing, or operational technology environments
  • Familiarity with APIs, automation tooling, and systems integration platforms
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or GDPR
  • Experience scaling workplace systems in companies growing from startup to enterprise scale
