As a Senior Workforce Strategy and Capacity Planning Manager in Google Play Trust and Safety Operational Excellence, you will direct capacity planning and allocation strategy across our global human review operations. Partnering with Demand Governance, Vendor Management, Operations, and Analytics, you will serve as the chief strategist translating business priorities and technological shifts into actionable workforce supply models. In this role, you will govern long-range plans and dynamic mid-range rebalancing cadences, identifying where operational buffers exist versus where workflows are constrained.
