Senior Workflow Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to promote workflow solutions and assist in closing sales
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in Salesforce
• Become an expert on the company’s products to communicate their value effectively
• Collaborate with clients to assess workflows and recommend improvements using the company’s suite
• Affiliate with clients to set up software workflows aligned with customer needs and best practices
• Afford efficient document workflows with the company’s software
• Leverage legal experience to refine workflows related to substantive tasks

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workflow strategy development, preferably in the software sector
• 2+ years of paralegal or legal experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with customer influences and negotiation
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for legal tasks

Pay

$103,800 – $140,400 annually
