AG Consulting Partners is continuously building our consultant pipeline for current and future client engagements. This posting is a pipeline opportunity and is not tied to a specific open role. We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead business continuity planning, system cutover activities, operational readiness, and project delivery efforts for complex enterprise Workday transformation initiatives. This individual will serve as the bridge between business partners, technology teams, vendors, and executive leadership, ensuring organizational preparedness and successful implementation of major system changes.The ideal candidate possesses a strong business analysis foundation, exceptional project management skills, expertise in cutover planning and execution, and advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Smartsheet. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into actionable plans while effectively managing risks, dependencies, business partner communications, and operational readiness.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned consultant who combines strong business analysis expertise with hands-on project management, cutover leadership, and business continuity planning experience. They are highly proficient in Excel and Smartsheet, comfortable working with executives and frontline stakeholders alike, and have a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise initiatives with minimal disruption to business operations. They excel in fast-paced environments where organization, communication, analytical thinking, and execution discipline are critical to success.
