Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize WordPress-based digital experiences while collaborating with creative and technical teams.
  • Ensure websites are visually accurate, performant, responsive, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement pixel-perfect designs and develop engaging landing pages and websites using WordPress.
  • Customize, configure, and optimize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements and ensure smooth functionality.
  • Build responsive and mobile-friendly web pages that provide excellent user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Develop and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic performance.
  • Optimize WordPress websites through caching strategies, security plugins, performance improvements, and technical enhancements.
  • Maintain and improve website functionality by adapting solutions to the latest PHP versions and web development standards.
  • Implement interactive features, animations, and embedded media elements to enhance digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate requirements, estimate workloads, and deliver projects within deadlines.
  • Support deployment processes and contribute to continuous improvements in development workflows.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and reliability through best practices and version control.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience working with WordPress development.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, PHP fundamentals, themes, plugins, and customization.
  • Proven experience building websites and landing pages using Elementor Pro.
  • Strong JavaScript skills, including experience with Node.js, npm, Webpack, and jQuery.
  • Experience with SQL/MySQL databases and managing website data structures.
  • Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
  • Experience working with design tools such as Figma.
  • Ability to implement animations, embedded videos, and interactive website elements.
  • Understanding of SEO optimization techniques and website performance improvements.
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
