Senior Wellness Coordinator (RD)
About the role
Bon Appetit is seeking a Senior Wellness Coordinator (RD) in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time position, Monday - Friday, with some evenings and weekends, offers a salary range of $65,000 - $71,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Nutrition Education & Programming: Coordinate and deliver nutrition and wellness programs and initiatives. Develop and present educational materials for various events.
- Marketing & Engagement: Support wellness-focused marketing initiatives by contributing to social media campaigns.
- Nutrition Analysis & Menu Development: Manage menu and recipe development and ensure accurate nutrient analyses.
- Training: Lead implementation of wellness initiatives and provide ongoing training and support for assigned accounts to maintain program success.
- Nutrition Expertise and Consultation: Serve as the resource for nutrition education, sustainability guidance, and wellness inquiries from clients, customers, and associates.
- Menu & Program Compliance: Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of nutrition and food allergy information, ensure compliance with wellness standards, and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness promotion activities.
- Sales & Client Partnership: Contribute to business growth by supporting account retention, participating in sales presentations, and assisting with quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) required. At least two (2) years of wellness-related experience highly preferred (K12, campus dining, or corporate wellness). Serve-Safe certification required or obtained within twelve (12) weeks from date of hire. Good working knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions strongly preferred. Familiarity with nutrition analysis software is preferred. Sports/performance nutrition experience is preferred.
Qualifications
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in states where applicable.
Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in nutrition analysis software. Experience with food allergies and dietary restrictions.
