About the role
Your role as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate is to develop tailored wealth management plans and strategies for the branch team. Key Responsibilities include:
- Client relationship building and business development
- Analyze risks and advantages of investment opportunities for client’s individual financial circumstance and make informed recommendations with acknowledgment and in the presence of Financial Advisor (FA)
- Provide coaching and support to junior team members and contribute to their performance evaluations
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored financial plans for clients
- Create customized asset allocation strategies and investments
- Analyze and interpret portfolio performance reports and make recommendations for change with acknowledgment of Financial Advisor (FA)
- Support business growth through analytics
Requirements
Requirements include:
- Leverage firm platform and develop appropriate financial plans for clients
- Collaborate with the Private Wealth team in the Salt Lake City office
- Have expertise in financial planning and investment analysis
- Be proficient in using AI tools to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- A degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Skills required include:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Knowledge of investment products and market trends
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with financial planning software

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $120,000 annually.
