About the role

Your role as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate is to develop tailored wealth management plans and strategies for the branch team. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client relationship building and business development
  • Analyze risks and advantages of investment opportunities for client’s individual financial circumstance and make informed recommendations with acknowledgment and in the presence of Financial Advisor (FA)
  • Provide coaching and support to junior team members and contribute to their performance evaluations

Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored financial plans for clients
  • Create customized asset allocation strategies and investments
  • Analyze and interpret portfolio performance reports and make recommendations for change with acknowledgment of Financial Advisor (FA)
  • Support business growth through analytics

Requirements

Requirements include:

  • Leverage firm platform and develop appropriate financial plans for clients
  • Collaborate with the Private Wealth team in the Salt Lake City office
  • Have expertise in financial planning and investment analysis
  • Be proficient in using AI tools to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • A degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

Skills required include:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Knowledge of investment products and market trends
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience with financial planning software

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $120,000 annually.
