Responsibilities
- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors (WMAs) and the broader Private Bank team to deliver comprehensive wealth strategies and participate in client meetings.
- Develop a detailed understanding of client financial profiles, including net worth, cash flow, ownership structures, estate plans, and charitable goals.
- Lead the development of customized wealth strategies across estate, income tax, gift and estate tax, investment, risk, insurance, and cash flow planning disciplines.
- Identify planning opportunities, research complex strategies, and review financial modeling prepared by analysts to assess potential outcomes.
- Cook up and review client deliverables, providing oversight and guidance to analysts and junior strategists to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with planning recommendations.
- Present recommendations, answer client and advisor questions, and support execution of strategies in partnership with the broader team.
- Coach and mentor Wealth Strategy Analysts and Wealth Strategists to support skill development and career growth.
- Build referral relationships with internal partners and external centers of influence such as attorneys and CPAs.
- Contribute to internal and external thought leadership and maintain knowledge of legislative, regulatory, and market developments.
- Operate within the Bank’s risk framework and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while acting in the best interests of clients and colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to shifting priorities to support team and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in financial, estate, or wealth planning within a professional services or wealth management environment.
Skills
- Advanced degree of proficiency in wealth strategy expertise, client advisory skills, relationship management, analytical thinking, business development support, professional credentials, strategic thinking, leadership & coaching, influence & communication, industry & regulatory awareness.
Benefits
Total Base Pay Range: $121,900.00 - $262,100.00 USD per year.
Incentive Compensation Plan: Eligible to participate, with payments based on company, line of business, and/or individual performance.
