Senior Wealth Management Associate
About the role
If you’re looking to expand your expertise in financial planning and exceptional client service, this Senior Wealth Management Associate position is for you. You’ll take a major role in client meetings, agenda planning, and client communications. Preparing analysis and providing context to clients for financial decisions will be a regular duty. You’ll also coordinate, manage, and delegate workflow to the Client Service Associates on your team. Additionally, you’ll maintain relationships by coordinating client “touch points,” including anniversaries, thank you notes, and gifts.
Responsibilities
- Take a major role in client meetings, agenda planning, and client communications.
- Prepare analysis and provide context to clients for financial decisions.
- Coordinate, manage, and delegate workflow to the Client Service Associates on your team.
- Maintain relationships by coordinating client “touch points,” including anniversaries, thank you notes, and gifts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive wealth management experience
- Series 65 required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience in financial planning and exceptional client service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

$100K – $120K DOE
Schedule
