Senior Wealth Consultant

What You'll Be Owning

• Build and deepen relationships with Fidelity and Schwab Financial Consultants within assigned territories
• Convert warm referrals into long-term advisory relationships
• Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice, including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategy, and risk management
• Represent the firm through educational presentations, branch meetings, client events, and networking opportunities
• Partner with internal specialists to deliver sophisticated planning solutions for affluent and high-net-worth clients
• Grow assets under management through relationship-driven business development rather than cold prospecting
• Serve as the firm's market leader within one of the industry's most respected referral ecosystems

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of wealth management experience
• Experience as a Wealth Advisor, Financial Advisor, Private Wealth Advisor, or Wealth Consultant within an RIA environment
• A demonstrated track record of business development and asset gathering
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with affluent and high-net-worth clients
• One or more advanced wealth management credentials such as CFP®, CRPC®, CPWA®, CIMA®, CFA®, ChFC®, CPA/PFS, or similar
• Experience working within Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions (WAS) and/or the Schwab Advisor Network (SAN) is highly preferred
