About the role
The Senior Wealth Associate supports Advisors in delivering exceptional client experience across all service areas. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality client materials, supporting planning and project execution, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a strategic partner to advisors, anticipating client needs and serving as a key liaison between team members
- Prepares for potential transition into a Wealth Advisor role
- Drives meeting preparation and ensures follow-through on client commitments
- Led creation of complex analysis, modeling and client deliverables (including balance sheets, financial plans, estate flowcharts, and portfolio reporting and recommendations)
- Provides behind-the-scenes support for client meetings, including preparation, note-taking and follow-up actions
- Drives detailed analysis and planning support for Wealth Advisors and Principal Advisors
- Executes trades and adjusts allocations as needed when raising cash, ensuring high degree of accuracy and alignment with client portfolios
- Conducts annual reviews of unique asset holdings, updating cost basis and market value as required, providing clients with accurate and timely information
- Independently manages complex asset allocation updates and leverages deep knowledge of platform investment managers to produce high quality recommendations and client reports with minimal oversight
- Administers alternative investments, including processing new investments, coordinating subscription paperwork, and tracking/confirming capital calls and fund activity to ensure accurate portfolio management
- Mentors Junior and Mid-Level Wealth Associates and sets standards for operational excellence
- Recognizes when to take initiative independently and when to bring in team members for collaborative problem solving
Requirements
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in financial planning, finance or related field preferred
- Licenses/Certifications Required: CFP in progress preferred
- Minimum Specific Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in a client service organization; trust or investment management experience preferred

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
