About the Role

HireneXus has partnered with a nationally recognized, rapidly growing RIA to add a Senior Wealth Advisor in the Minneapolis area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a best-in-class wealth management firm with a planning-first mentality, designed to help advisors serve high-net-worth individuals and families. The role offers access to numerous existing referral channels, in-house advanced planning team support, institutional-quality investment solutions, centralized operational support, and advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business by building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to each client's unique goals and evolving financial needs.
• Partner with internal planning, investment, and wealth management specialists to provide integrated client solutions.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic business development efforts.
• Provide an exceptional client experience while serving as a trusted long-term advisor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within an RIA.
• Demonstrated success growing client relationships and increasing assets under management.
• CFP, CFA, or other relevant professional designations highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required. Degrees in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field are preferred.
