Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships
  • Develop and implement tailored wealth strategies
  • Lead with both expertise and empathy to help clients navigate complex financial decisions
  • Collaborate with other advisors and teams to provide comprehensive financial planning
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Represent C&N at networking events and community activities

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking experience
  • Holds or is willing to obtain required FINRA and insurance certifications
  • Strong communication, analytical, and business development skills
  • Able to build long-term relationships and provide personalized service
  • Passionate about making a difference in clients’ lives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Series 7, 65, and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in financial planning and investment management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
