Responsibilities
- Lead a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets
- Help advance our business development strategies
- Nurture existing and develop new client relationships with business development, interpersonal, and networking skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- 15+ years of progressive experience designing small to large treatment and conveyance projects
- Experience with complex, multidiscipline, municipal wastewater treatment design projects
- Local, strong networks with Salt Lake City area municipalities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience with business development and client relationship management

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $158,500.00 to $247,750.00.
