National salary range: $70,000 – $115,000. California range: $70,304 – $115,000; Washington range: $80,169 – $115,000.

About the role

As the Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst), you’ll serve as the go-to expert for implementing and maintaining warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop solutions that optimize system performance. Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet organizational needs.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Identify and address potential issues and risks.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced SQL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role.
• 1+ years of analytical experience.
