Senior Warehouse Coordinator - Modular

About the role

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Coordinator to join our Modular team in Surprise, AZ. This role involves advanced warehouse coordination, including independent management of order fulfillment, inventory handling, and cross-team communication. The position requires applying experience and judgment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety across warehouse activities, supporting training and workflow guidance for less experienced staff, and executing a full range of warehouse coordination responsibilities with expanded accountability for independent decision-making, issue resolution, and workflow continuity.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinates order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and transfer activities.
• Performs routine cycle counts and resolves inventory discrepancies.
• Verifies pulled orders and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains organized inventory storage, bin labeling, and FIFO practices.
• Communicates with internal teams to resolve order or inventory issues.
• Supports safety practices and proper equipment operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.
