About the role

The Senior Vulnerability Researcher is responsible for conducting advanced research on potential vulnerabilities in software and systems. This individual will work closely with product development teams to identify and mitigate security risks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of software and system vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate security threats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into product development
• Stay current with emerging security trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in vulnerability research and threat analysis
• Proven track record of identifying and mitigating critical vulnerabilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Experience with penetration testing tools and techniques
• Knowledge of common security protocols and standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with reverse engineering and code analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
