About the role

We are seeking a Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer who brings exceptional mastery, refined taste, and systems-level thinking to post-production. This is a pure editing and motion role — no on-site shooting. We are looking for a specialist, not a generalist. You will own the transformation of raw footage, brand assets, and creative direction into polished, high-impact content across digital platforms. The role combines creative judgment with workflow discipline. You will not simply execute edits; you will improve how video production operates inside of our organization.

Requirements

Strong Candidates Typically Have

• 4+ years of professional editing and motion experience
• Demonstrate refined visual taste and strong pacing judgment
• Produce work that meets US-market creative standards
• Think in systems and scalable workflows, not just individual timelines
• Are curious about emerging AI tools while maintaining independent creative control
• Prefer ownership and accountability over task execution
• Maintain high personal standards and require minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Editing long-form and short-form video for digital and social platforms
• Professional audio editing, sound design, and music integration (dialogue cleanup, mixing, leveling, basic mastering)
• Creating motion graphics and animation using After Effects
• Color correction and finishing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve)
• Building reusable templates and scalable editing systems
• Leveraging AI-powered tools for transcription, rough cuts, visual enhancement, and workflow acceleration
• Maintaining high aesthetic standards aligned with US-market expectations
