About the role
This role represents a unique opportunity to define and scale what could become a standard employee benefit over the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to integrate 529 and ABLE plans into workplace financial wellness programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address the needs of employees and employers in the context of financial planning and retirement readiness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including HR, finance, and compliance teams.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends related to 529 and ABLE plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing financial wellness programs.
- Strong understanding of 529 and ABLE plans, including tax implications and eligibility criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of retirement planning and investment strategies.
