Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to integrate 529 and ABLE plans into workplace financial wellness programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address the needs of employees and employers in the context of financial planning and retirement readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including HR, finance, and compliance teams.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends related to 529 and ABLE plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing financial wellness programs.
• Strong understanding of 529 and ABLE plans, including tax implications and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
