About the role

Leads the Performance & Compliance Engineering team, focusing on Eagle PACE Performance and related workflows. Partners with business and technology teams to define requirements, analyze data dependencies, and implement scalable solutions for data ingestion, performance calculations, reporting, and operational processing.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Eagle PACE Performance systems.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and document workflows.
• Support data inputs such as holdings, transactions, and benchmark data.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in performance reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Eagle PACE Performance, data integration, and reporting solutions.
• Expertise in Eagle platforms, financial data, and performance measurement.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
