Responsibilities
- P&L accountability for California Personal Lines operations
- Strategic oversight of Entertainment Personal Lines Practice
- Manage service delivery and operational excellence
- Provide strategic support and direction to high-net-worth entertainment clients
- Maintain carrier relationships and represent HUB at industry events
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in P&C service operations management
- 7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Experience with high-net-worth or entertainment clientele
- 5+ years of experience with broker management systems
- Expertise in product knowledge, systems, and procedures
- Current California P&C license in good standing
- College degree preferred
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional approach
- Executive presence and confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Position Details
- Location: Hybrid role based in Southern California (Encino or Culver City preferred)
- Reports to: President, California Personal Lines
- Travel: Up to 25%
- Required Education: Associate degree (2-year degree)
