Senior Vice President, People & Culture
About the role
Reporting to the Group Chief People & Culture Officer, the Senior Vice President, People & Culture is an enterprise role responsible for shaping people and organisational strategies that support Aristocrat's continued growth, global scale and business performance. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, the role operates in a hybrid work environment with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leaders across the enterprise to build organisational capabilities, leadership effectiveness and workforce strategies, serve as a trusted advisor and strategic navigator guiding leaders through organisational transformation, talent and succession priorities, workforce planning and evolving ways of working, and require a commercially minded People & Culture executive with deep functional expertise, pragmatism, commercial acumen and fluency in AI, data and technology‑enabled transformation. Depending on the role, registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (or other gaming jurisdictions) may be required.
