What You’ll Bring

• Executive leadership experience overseeing large-scale operations with a strong track record of driving financial performance and margin growth
• A strategic mindset and ability to influence at the C-suite level, fostering trusted partnerships and expanding business opportunities
• Expertise in hospitality, guest experience, or service delivery innovation with a customer-first approach
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex teams across functions, geographies, and client types while building a culture of accountability and excellence
• Business acumen, including P&L management, workforce planning, and data-informed decision making to align talent and strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years management experience
• 10 years related experience

Pay

$213,310 per year – $327,800 per year

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
