Job Description

• Lead and oversee LIHTC asset management operations within the syndication department.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of LIHTC investments.
• Provide coaching-oriented leadership to a team of asset management professionals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and achieve objectives.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
• Drive improvements in operational processes and reporting systems.
• Represent the company in high-level discussions with partners and regulatory bodies.
• Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence across the department.

• Experience with LIHTC asset management within syndication or banking.
• A coaching-oriented leadership style that promotes team development.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and market conditions.
