Responsibilities

• Oversees safety program and procedures for the company .
• Develops company-wide or mega project specific safety procedures and practices.
• Implements safety trainings and initiatives that are aligned to Company core Health and Safety program.
• Leads a high-performing team of safety professionals while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Reviews project trend analysis to ensure accurate tracking of accidents, injuries, fire, property damage and other safety related incidents are recorded.
• Provides technical expertise to high risk or complex safety issues as needed.
• Shapes, strengthens, and embeds a strong safety culture across the organization.
• Operates credibly at the SVP/Executive level and influences senior leaders across the business.
